About Us

We are the owners of LRAD Properties, Sophia and Steve Byers. We are dedicated to creating resort style stays combined with top notch service and management you won’t find with large companies. We have designed, remodeled and created each one of our homes personally with the experience of anyone who stays in mind.

What started out as a love to travel and a passion for real estate quickly became a way to take our unique talents and create places we would want to spend time in. Sophia has been in full-time in real estate since 2013 and has managed our rental properties since 2010, she is the go to contact for any and all of your needs. Steve handles the finances and remodeling/designing of the properties.

Our first vacation style property we purchased is Habitat Hideaway in Summit County, CO. This is our most recent conversion to a vacation rental style property after spending years staying ourselves and recently updating for others to enjoy.

In 2017 we met some close friends in Sedona for a weekend away. The area quickly became another place we fell in love with. In 2019 we purchased Casa Cervata and spent many trips renovating it to what you see today.

 

In 2024, we added To the Nines in Nashville to our vacation home portfolio and focused on creating 3 Primary Suites. This way one bedroom/bathroom wasn’t superior to the others. 

 

We take great pride in our homes and in how we treat people using them. We only add a home to our portfolio we would choose to stay at ourselves and take care of our guests/tenants as we ourselves would want to be taken care of.
