If you’re looking to escape the cold winter months or hustle and bustle of a Metro City we invite you to stay at Twisted Terrace. Located in the Superstition Foothills of Gold Canyon this is more than a home, it’s a retreat. Only 35 minutes form the Phoenix airport it is close enough to everything but far enough away to give you the serenity you are looking for.
Everything feels oversized in this spacious 3 bedroom home. Upon entering this Modern Ranch home you’ll immediately notice the 12 foot ceilings, large windows and open layout of the main living area. There is a huge island to gather around that has wine storage for cold and room temperature wine, as well as built in ice maker to always keep your drinks cool. The gourmet kitchen has a gas cooktop, SS appliances, a pantry and ample cabinets to store all your needs.

Look directly through the home from the front door to what makes this home so magical, the serenity of the resort style back yard. An expansive pool, complete with an 8 ½ ft deep end, grotto and spill over hot tub is surrounded by palm trees and plenty of seating. To the right of the pool you will see an outdoor kitchen complete with a pergola, lighting and seating area. To the left of the pool is a firepit sure to keep you warm on even the coolest nights. Breath taking views of the Superstition Mountains from almost anywhere in the backyard during the day and stargazing at night.
This is a split floor plan allowing the privacy of a main bedroom on one side of the home while the 2 secondary bedrooms are on the other. The primary bedroom, closet and bathroom are massive and feels like they could live as a studio apartment. Direct access to the pool, as well as Superstition Mountain views are abound. Secondary bedrooms are standard size and offer comfortable sleeping quarters with a shared bathroom between them.
This is a home designed to allow people to feel immediately at home with all the amenities required while feeling like they are living on vacation. We hope you will come enjoy the accommodations and see for yourself!
House Rules
Fully furnished, all utilities included, 30-90 day lease options. A signed lease will be required when booking. A security deposit will be collected when booking direct. Minimum age of primary guest is 25. $500 cleaning fee will be collected. Pool is cleaned weekly and the landscaping crew comes every 3 weeks.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. Please be respectful of our neighbors with no loud music or voices/yelling, voices carry here.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. Do not use the living room wood burning fireplace. No mountain bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Security camera/recording device — We have a security camera facing the driveway, over looking the backyard and a ring doorbell. Please do not unplug router, electronics or change Alexa settings and do not rearrange furniture.
Parties/Events/Other guests than on the reservation: strictly not allowed per AZ state & Sedona law. Any parties or events at the property, all guests will be immediately asked to leave, reservation cancelled, deposit forfeited, and incur extra cleaning charges, plus any damages.
Smoking of any kind (tobacco/vapes): strictly not allowed on the property inside or out. Any use forfeits deposit and incurs additional cleaning, and any damages.
Pets: strictly not allowed. Any pets brought onto the property, all guests will be immediately asked to leave and reservation cancelled, forfeit deposit, and incur extra cleaning charges for entire house, plus any damages.
Guests will have access to 1 garage parking space and 3 driveway spaces. Thank you for respecting our home.
